For the 1.7T mini excavator and skid steer, no formal ticket is required in South Australia for machines under 3 tonnes. You must be a competent operator — we ask you to confirm this in the hire agreement. Call us if unsure.
We deliver across metro Adelaide and some of regional South Australia, please check with the team for details. Delivery pricing is shown upfront – no surprise freight charges.
Yes — just call or text us before your scheduled return time. Subject to availability we can extend your hire. Don’t keep the machine past your return date without contacting us as an additional day charge applies automatically.
Reasonable site dirt is expected. We ask that you remove excess mud and concrete. If a machine requires a full clean-down, an $80 cleaning fee applies – clearly outlined in the hire agreement.
We pre-authorise (hold) a deposit on your card – it’s not charged to your account. If equipment is returned in the same condition, the hold is released within 3 business days. We always contact you before processing any charge and provide photo evidence.
Call us, a real person answers. We’ll troubleshoot with you and arrange a replacement or service visit as quickly as possible. You won’t be charged for downtime due to a mechanical fault.
The excavator and skid steer run on diesel. All machines are dispatched full and must be returned full. A refuelling surcharge of $4.50/L applies if returned less than full.
Absolutely. A GST-inclusive tax invoice is automatically emailed at booking. Need monthly account invoicing? Get in touch – we offer credit accounts for regular commercial customers.
